Wholesalers & distributors
For channels that resell: packaging neutrality, batch consistency, carton data and the questions that decide whether a repeat order stays easy.
Can the outer cartons be neutral?
Yes — neutral outer cartons on request, so the factory brand does not appear in your channel. Mixing conditions are agreed before loading.
Will the recipe stay the same batch after batch?
Recipes are fixed by the spec sheet, and the batch number printed on the carton traces back to the production day. If the factory changes anything, we tell you before shipping — not after.
What carton and pallet data do you provide?
Net weight, gross weight and units per carton are given per SKU, and pallet count per container is confirmed with the booking. Where the factory has not confirmed a dimension yet, we write TBC instead of guessing.
Do you offer exclusivity in my market?
That is a commercial decision, not a catalogue answer. Tell us the market, the channel and the annual volume you expect, and we will put it in writing.
How much shelf life remains when it arrives?
Retail buyers usually want about two-thirds of the shelf life left at delivery. We confirm the production-to-loading timing per order so that arithmetic lands in your favour.
Can flavours be mixed in one carton?
For some SKUs yes (assorted truffle boxes, for example); for others each carton is single-flavour. Ask per SKU and you get the actual answer.
