The roles that carry the risk and the paperwork: what we quote, what we document, and where the boundary sits between us and you.
Which Incoterms can you quote?
EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF — the same goods with a different split of freight and risk. Tell us the discharge port and we quote the option you can actually clear.
What are your payment terms?
T/T or L/C at sight, written on the proforma invoice. The split (deposit and balance) is confirmed before you pay anything, and payment goes only to the company account named on that invoice.
Who prepares the export documents?
We do: invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate, halal certificate and the batch COA. Destination-side registrations (SFDA, ANVISA and similar) are usually filed in your name — we hand over the data they need.
Can you consolidate several items in one shipment?
Yes. Mixed items count toward the same 200 kg stock minimum, and a first load can go LCL. Case packs and pallet patterns are confirmed per order so your warehouse knows what arrives.
What happens if the goods arrive bloomed?
A temperature logger travels inside every reefer load and the record ships with your documents. We verify the setpoint and pre-cooling at loading, so a claim is argued from that record rather than from assumption.
How long is a quotation valid?
Cocoa, sugar and sea freight move constantly, so each offer states its own validity window. Tell us your order window and we quote against that date.
