Do the products carry retail barcodes?
The factory's retail packs carry printed GTIN barcodes. For your own brand we print your barcode and confirm the number in writing before printing.
What do you need for a retail listing file?
Spec sheet, ingredient, allergen and nutrition data, shelf life, case dimensions, pallet pattern, batch COA, health certificate, halal certificate and label artwork carrying your responsible-operator details.
Can you meet our labelling rules?
We produce the label data; on the label, your importer is the responsible operator. For the US we prepare Nutrition Facts, for the EU the 1169/2011 panels, for the GCC the Arabic panels.
Do you answer supplier questionnaires and audits?
We answer with facts we can evidence and say plainly where we cannot — for example, we do not hold BRC certification or an internationally recognised halal certificate. If your process requires a factory audit, raise it early: that is a factory-level activity we coordinate.
Can you run a seasonal or gift programme?
Gift boxes and assortments exist in the range; changing the pack or artwork for a seasonal run is an OEM item with its own minimum and lead time.
Can you send samples for a buying committee?
Yes — tell us the shortlisted items, the delivery address, the courier account and how many sets you need, and we confirm availability and cost before sending.
